I reserve the right to change the terms without further notice. You must have the knowledge of my terms before purchasing - I am not responsible of any legal actions.

1. Prices are all in USD and payment will be done through PayPal.
2. Full upfront payment OR the 50% of the commission price will be expected upon confirmation of the commission, then the second half of the payment will be expected just before delivery of the finished product.
3. If cancellation of an order occurs during the process of completing an order no refund will be permitted.
4. My work may only be used for its intended purpose of which you’re buying it for.
5. You may not distribute, claim as your own, modify, re-sell, upload to a distribution media - without giving me any credit - or any other service without my permission.
6. Client will indemnify and hold artist harmless against any claim arising from artists’ reliance upon reference material provided to the artist by the client.
7. You may upload work done for you anywhere as long as you credit me.
